Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a born in Holland. She is an American musician and actress. She is well-known for her performance in theatre as well as her performance as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its spin-off Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is an Dutch base American actor (Female) and vocalist best known for her recurring roles in a TV series That's So Raven.
