Ellie Goulding is a British musician and singer. Her birth name is Elena Jane Goulding on 30 December 1986, in Hereford. Ellie Goulding rose quickly to the top of the charts with her electro pop style after she drew the attention of the world through her hit songs "Starry Eyed" along with "Guns and Horses" in the year 2010. Although she started out writing songs in a folk-inflected style, she eventually grew into a more electronic-influenced artist, touching upon dance music and ambient synth pop.
